Senior Research Scientist, GTM Leadership Strategy

Job description

The Cole Group is seeking its first research scientist to own questions predicting success for GTM leaders. You will design and run original research on our data and the broader market, publish findings internally and externally, and provide model inputs for better candidate matching.

This is a fully remote role in the United States, with close collaboration across Data, Product, and Engineering to turn research into actionable features for Rolodex.
