Job description
NYC Department of Social Services seeks a City Research Scientist IV-A to lead complex mixed-method studies on housing and homelessness programs, including evaluation of HOPE efforts. You will oversee analyses of large administrative datasets from HRA and DHS, applying advanced statistical methods to inform policy and practice.
You will present findings to Commissioners and executive staff with clear recommendations.
