Job Description Job Description Cole Electric Services is a small, privately owned residential electrical contractor serving homeowners in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Portsmouth. We're looking for an experienced residential service electrician to join the team. This is a full-time role.
You'll be responsible for residential service work like: troubleshooting and repair, service and panel upgrades, remodel wiring, installing circuits, devices, and lighting. You'll work directly with homeowners and supervise a helper.
Pay is hourly, not commission. We have no sales quotas, and you'll never be asked to upsell a customer. We'd rather do good work and keep customers for life.
Pay & Benefits
$30-45/hour, depending on experience
Weekly pay
Profit sharing bonuses twice a year

Company van, power tools, and uniform shirts provided
Requirements
6+ years of electrical experience, at least 2 in a lead role
Strong residential troubleshooting skills
Comfortable working with customers
Valid Virginia driver's license
High school diploma or GED
Must pass a background check and provide references
A Virginia Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a major plus but not required.
