Job description
Popeyes is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, ensure top food quality, guest service, and cleanliness across the restaurant.
You will recruit, train, and coach team members, manage inventory and labor costs, and drive sales growth while upholding Popeyes standards and a positive guest experience.
This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen including P&L familiarity, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to ensure restaurant success.
