Job description
McDonald’s in Oregon seeks a General Manager to run a profitable restaurant and uphold McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will lead Department Managers, set goals, and coach teams to improve performance, while hiring and developing managers to sustain growth.
Ideal candidates have GM experience in high-volume settings; background in quick service, hospitality, or retail is preferred. You must be 18+ to manage in corporate-owned locations.
