Senior Retail Banker - Rogers (floater)As a Senior Retail Banker - Rogers, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for consumer and business customers, helping align financial needs with appropriate bank products and services. This role supports branch performance through consistent service quality and sound operational judgment.NOTE: this role is based in Rogers but will be a "floater" role that will travel to different Northwest Arkansas branches as business needs dictate.We prioritize a diverse and talented group of people who bring their full self to work. You'll greet familiar faces, learn what has changed in a customer's goals, and document next steps with care. Between appointments, you'll coordinate with colleagues to keep workflows moving smoothly and ensure details are handled accurately. When the Branch Manager is out, you'll provide operational continuity—keeping the branch organized, responsive, and aligned with established standards through the close of business.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS – candidates must have these to be considered for this role:High school diploma or general education degree (GED).5 or more years of customer service.3 or more years of retail banking experience.Ability to perform the essential physical and mental demands listed.Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to bank locations if necessaryMedical, Dental, and Vision coverage; 401(k); Life Insurance; Flexible Spending Account (FSA); Competitive Salary; Paid Time Off (PTO); Paid maternity and paternity leave; and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) to support your well-being.
