Job description
First Financial Bancshares, Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Manager for our Retail Operations division at the Montgomery, Texas location.
You will supervise daily operations across New Accounts, Tellers, and Safe Deposit, while coaching a team of at least five staff to deliver friendly, professional customer service and achieve sales goals. Responsibilities include staffing, training, and supporting a sales-driven culture, with periodic travel to Abilene or other regions for training.
