Job description
FirstCash is seeking an experienced District Manager for the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You will lead six to eight Store Managers, coach teams, and execute company initiatives to drive district profits and service standards.
This training-focused role advances from entry-level stores to district leadership, with a bonus merit based on district performance. A strong retail background, travel between locations, and solid financial acumen are required.
