Job description
Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer in Beachwood, OH seeks a Senior General Manager to shape guest experience, coach a team, and exceed sales targets while maintaining operational excellence. You will develop the Assistant General Manager and lead day-to-day store operations with a focus on high performance in a fast-paced retail environment.
You will participate in required trainings, mentor staff, and drive traffic and customer solutions through effective leadership and store initiatives.
