Job description
Pinch A Penny, a POOLCORP Company, is seeking a Senior Manager of Retail Marketing to own the end-to-end go-to-market for priority products, categories and promotions. You will translate brand priorities into coordinated campaigns that drive traffic, sales, loyalty and franchisee participation.
You will guide campaigns from objective and messaging through creative development, digital and media coordination, and store-level activation, ensuring accountability across teams and budgets.
