Job description
Empower is seeking a Senior Participant Communication Strategist to lead multi-channel retirement communications for our high-profile client base in the Large/Mega/Not-For-Profit market. You will oversee strategy, design, and delivery while coordinating with Education Team and service partners.
You will travel up to 30% and bring seven+ years of retirement industry experience, strong writing/presentation skills, and budget oversight to drive participant engagement and financial wellness.
