Job description
Franklin Templeton is seeking a Senior Retirement Plan Director to lead relationships with retirement and DCIO partners across the Pacific Northwest region. The role drives sales and retention of assets within Retirement DCIO, engaging with Mid-Market Consultants, Retirement Intermediaries, and TPAs to influence plan solutions.
The position requires extensive defined contribution market knowledge, regulatory understanding, and credible leadership.
