Job description
Schneider Electric is seeking a Retirement Plans Specialist to govern and administer U.S. and Canadian pension programs in a hybrid role across hub locations including Dallas, TX.
The position collaborates with TPAs, auditors, actuaries, and trustees to ensure compliant, accurate pension operations and regulatory filings. Key duties include leading pension plan audits, coordinating Form 5500 filings, PBGC and AIR filings, and supporting wind-ups.
