Job description
The Duckhorn Portfolio is seeking a Director, Revenue Growth Management to own pricing architecture, revenue quality, and regional P&L across CA, NE/SE, and West. This remote role reports to commercial leadership and leads a team of 3, aligning pricing strategy with AOP and LRP objectives.
You will own price ladders, monitor price adherence, analyze ROI on trade programs, and drive competitive pricing intelligence. Beverage alcohol experience is preferred; MBA is valued.
