Job description
Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager to scale our GTM engine across forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and compensation. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Data Engineering to build scalable processes and trusted dashboards.
You’ll lead cross-functional programs, translate business requirements into scalable CRM and BI solutions, and drive operational excellence while applying AI and automation to boost revenue outcomes.
