Job description
CesiumAstro in Westminster, CO is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager, RF Hardware to lead a growing team developing high-performance RF electronics for our communications systems. You will oversee architecture, design reviews, mentorship, and ensure on-time delivery from prototype to production.
This is a hands-off design role but requires deep technical guidance, building scalable processes, and ensuring DFM/DFT, quality and reliability for aerospace programs.
