Job description
SpaceX is seeking an experienced Principal RFIC Design Engineer (Starshield Silicon) to design, simulate and optimize RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits for space-based and ground infrastructures. You will collaborate with system architects and ASIC teams to allocate functions between hardware and software and drive packaging, testing and qualification.
The role requires deep expertise in RF/MMIC design across S-band to W-band, with hands-on layout, prototyping and lab testing capabilities.
