Job description
pSemi Corporation in San Diego seeks a Senior Device Engineer in RFIC Design to develop high-frequency semiconductor devices for UltraCMOS process technology, partnering with process, device, and circuit teams.
You will drive device development, reliability testing, and modeling, using TCAD and silicon data to deliver manufacturable RF solutions for wireless and radar applications. Strong python/matlab skills and experience with RF characterization are required.
