Job description
Blue Origin LLC seeks an experienced RFIC/ASIC designer to join the Silicon Systems organization within the TeraWave team. The role focuses on designing RFICs and mixed-signal ASICs and leveraging Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre RF for all stages from design to verification.
You will develop analog models, create test plans for pre- and post-silicon processes, and collaborate with systems, firmware, architecture, and product engineering teams while adopting AI methodologies throughout the IC design
