Job description
ProSource, a leader in the right of way, acquisition, and relocation industry, is seeking a Senior Right of Way Project Manager to lead URA land acquisition and relocation projects from our Minneapolis/St. Paul HQ.
This hybrid role drives business development and oversees a diverse ROW team delivering high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in URA/Land Acquisition, strong leadership, and proven multi-project oversight with budgets, schedules, and compliance.
