Job description
HDR is seeking a Right of Way Project Manager to lead and deliver ROW projects across transportation and energy sectors. You will coordinate staff, manage budgets, and ensure client satisfaction while upholding HDR's employee-owned culture.
You will collaborate with field teams, marketing, and leadership to identify growth opportunities, develop project plans, and train staff. A strong background in right-of-way services and excellent communication are essential.
