Job description
Relay Product Excellence seeks a seasoned investigator to lead complex Safety & Trust cases across the carrier and driver lifecycle. You will craft executive-ready summaries and work with product, operations, and legal teams to mitigate risk in a highly ambiguous environment.
You will identify threat vectors, prioritize cases by severity, and help shape detection improvements while maintaining strict data confidentiality and integrity across Amazon's middle-mile network.
