Job description

Professional Case Management (PCM) is seeking a Senior RN-Case Manager to lead RN Case Managers delivering in-home care to former Nuclear Weapons Workers with chronic and terminal illnesses.

The role directs care in accordance with agency policy and state nurse practice acts, ensuring compliance and quality. A BSN is preferred; current unrestricted RN license is required; two years of nursing experience including one year in home care, plus supervisory/case management experience preferred.
