Job description
University of California - Los Angeles Health seeks a Senior Case Manager to coordinate care for international patients. You will review referrals, arrange MD-to-MD case reviews with physicians abroad, and educate patients and families about the care plan.
You will guide patients through UCLA Health's continuum of care, coordinating transfers and acting as the primary contact for international patients while collaborating with diverse medical teams.
