Job description
Health & Human Services Commission (HHSC) in Lubbock, TX seeks a Nurse III Registered Nurse Case Manager to perform highly complex nursing case management for individuals with medical and behavioral health needs. You will coordinate care, conduct comprehensive assessments, and lead nursing staff to ensure quality, person-centered services in a state facility.
Starting salary is $7,532.75 per month with potential additional shifts and weekend work.
