Family Home Health is seeking a Home Health Clinical Manager to lead our clinical team in the metropolitan Chicago area. The role focuses on coordinating care, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate holds an Illinois RN license, 5–10 years in home health, and at least 5 years of management experience, with strong communication and EMR skills (HCHB). Excellent customer service is essential.
