Job description
InnovAge is seeking an In-Home Services RN Manager to supervise the home care team, perform initial and annual assessments, and coordinate plans of care for participants in their homes. This role requires a current RN license, a BSN, and at least 2 years of geriatrics experience, plus leadership and scheduling skills, valid driver’s license, and First Aid/BLS certification.
