Job description
Mary Washington Healthcare is seeking a Level III Advanced Registered Nurse to apply advanced clinical knowledge and provide leadership in patient care. The Level III MWHC nurse actively works to improve patient outcomes and staff education within the unit.
The role leads within the designated unit, participates in hospital committees and performance improvement activities, and supports discharge planning and care coordination with the health team.
