Job description
TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking an experienced nursing leader for a 13-week contract in Casper, WY. The role oversees clinical operations, staffing, and budgets across L&D, NICU, and postpartum units to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of leadership, a BSN, and a Master’s preferred, with strong experience in patient safety, quality metrics, compliance, and cross-department collaboration with physicians and administration.
