Job description
Eli Lilly and Company seeks a senior leader to drive health outcomes research (HOOR) strategy from development through commercialization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to shape Real World Evidence and economic value strategies for Lilly’s portfolio.
The role requires a Doctorate with 5+ years delivering outcomes-driven programs and hands-on experience with Real World Data, using R/SAS/Python to analyze large healthcare datasets and inform decisions across geographies.
