Job description
Farmer’s Fridge is seeking a Head of Planning to own the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning process for daily replenishment of fresh food. You will lead planning across Procurement, Production, Pick Pack, Fulfillment, and a Planning Continuous Improvement Manager, turning demand into an executable plan with clear constraints.
You will build a roadmap to remove bottlenecks, ensure plan integrity, and partner with Sales, Finance, and R&D to reflect launches, promotions, and menu
