Job description
EcoVadis is seeking a Legal Counsel Expert to support transactional, compliance, and governance matters within the Legal Team. You will act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders across the organization and lead contract negotiations for SaaS agreements and related documents.
The role requires a J.D., US bar license, and at least 10 years of experience in transactional law, including SaaS negotiations. Hybrid work from the US is available with strong collaboration across teams.
