Job description
Benchmark Gensuite in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive satisfaction and growth among an existing portfolio. You will design, plan and coordinate program activities, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
You will develop deep knowledge of Benchmark's SaaS offerings, build strong relationships, support renewals and expansions, and travel as required to meet customers and strategic goals.
