Job description
Gilbane Building Company seeks a Senior Safety Manager to lead the safety function for a mega project across multiple Illinois locations. You will drive the SafetyNet program, develop project-specific safety plans, and coach teams to identify hazards and implement corrective actions, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of construction safety experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and certification/instructor credentials.
