Job description
Alliant Energy is seeking a Senior Safety Consultant to drive hazard identification, risk assessments, and safety improvements across energy operations. You will conduct inspections, incident reviews, and regulatory analyses to reinforce safe practices and company policies.
Strong communication with leadership and cross-functional teams is essential. Required is a Bachelor's degree in safety-related fields, 5 years of experience, and certifications (CSP, CUSA, CIH) preferred.
