Job description
Amazon's Relay Product Excellence team seeks an experienced investigator to lead complex Safety & Trust investigations across carrier and driver lifecycle, synthesizing findings into executive-ready summaries and guiding risk mitigation with cross-functional partners.
You will operate autonomously in a highly ambiguous environment, shaping trust and safety across the middle-mile network, and partnering with Legal, LP, ROC, WWOS, and product teams to improve automation and enforcement.
