Job description
Cohesity invites candidates for a senior, individual-contributor role on the GTM Finance team to own the financial models that underlie sales compensation, quota, capacity, and commission expense. You will develop the Rep Ramped Equivalent (RRE) methodology, forecast commission expense, and stress-test designs for executive decision-makers.
This is a build-heavy role focused on turning ambiguous GTM questions into defensible models and a clear narrative for the CRO, CFO, and Board.
