Job description
SiriusXM Radio, Inc. is seeking a Sales Compensation Manager to own complex compensation administration for the global advertising sales organization across SiriusXM Media properties, including Pandora, SiriusXM and AdsWizz.
This senior role partners with sales, finance and HR to design, implement and audit plans, lead cross-functional projects, and mentor teammates while ensuring accurate payouts and adherence to plan designs.
