Job description
Discovery Senior Living in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Director of Sales to lead sales operations, strategy, and the community’s journey to occupancy and revenue goals. You will coach the sales team, monitor performance, and ensure a customer-focused process that delivers exceptional experiences for residents and families.
The role requires at least 5 years in senior living sales/marketing with leadership experience in the Atlanta market, strong communication, and CRM proficiency.
