Job description
Midian Roofing Inc. is seeking a Director of Sales to lead a team focused on maximizing sales and profitability. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, expanding market share, and crafting competitive strategies across Residential, Commercial, and Roof Repairs.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience leading sales teams, preferably in the construction industry. We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000-$105,000, plus commission and additional benefits.
