Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Director of Sales to lead a market-area team aimed at achieving sales, profit, freshness and market-share growth. The DOS will guide frontline business partners, market and regional leaders, and drive excellence in daily operations.
The role requires developing coaching practices, improving route efficiency, and collaborating with HR, Planning, Finance and Marketing to meet strategic goals. Travel up to 35% is expected. EOE.
