🚀 Senior Sales Director | EnergyTech & Infrastructure | Enterprise Sales Leadership | Remote
I'm currently partnering with a global cleantech/infrastructure company to hire a Senior Sales Director who will lead enterprise business development, channel partnerships, and strategic account growth across North America.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a commercially driven sales executive who thrives in complex enterprise environments, enjoys building and developing teams, and has experience closing large-scale, multi-stakeholder deals.
As a true player-coach, you'll lead from the front, personally driving strategic opportunities while developing a high-performing team responsible for some of the most influential
infrastructure projects in the market.
What you'll be doing:
✅ Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Business Development, Enterprise Sales, and Channel professionals
✅ Driving vertical market strategy and prioritising growth opportunities across key sectors
✅ Acting as executive sponsor on the most strategic enterprise, OEM, and multi-location opportunities
✅ Negotiating and closing complex MSA, multi-year, portfolio rollout, and partnership agreements
✅ Overseeing pricing, commercial approvals, forecasting, and pipeline management
✅ Working closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure successful delivery
✅ Building and strengthening channel, distributor, and strategic partner relationships
✅ Bringing market intelligence and competitive insights to support commercial strategy and future growth
What we're looking for:
✔ 10+ years of Enterprise Sales or Business Development experience
✔ 5+ years leading and developing high-performing sales teams
✔ Proven success closing complex enterprise agreements with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
✔ Strong commercial acumen covering pricing, contracts, deal structuring, and ROI-based selling
✔ Experience managing both direct enterprise sales and channel partner relationships
✔ Strong Salesforce forecasting and pipeline management capability
✔ Ability to lead distributed and remote teams across multiple regions
✔ Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
