What You’ll Do
Leading consultative, conversations with qualified inbound prospects (full training provided)
Leading alignment-focused interviews and qualification decisions
Managing your full-cycle pipeline independently
Maintaining disciplined follow-up and activity standards
Participating in weekly Zoom training and development calls
Continuously refining communication and leadership skills and capability
Who This Is For
7+ years of experience in consultative sales, business development, or client acquisitions
Strong closer with disciplined follow-up habits
Comfortable managing your own schedule and production without micromanagement
Confident conducting interviews, qualifying prospects and onboarding
Comfortable working independently, organized, and internally driven
Demonstrated willingness to learn and develop new skills, including digital engagement and marketing, combined with a self-directed work style and a genuine interest in personal growth, leadership development, and supporting others.
