CH Spencer LLC seeks a seasoned Business Line Manager to drive sales and strategic direction for its Industrial and Municipal process pump sectors. You will lead revenue growth, manage manufacturer relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on growth targets.
Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching a sales team, developing annual growth plans, and presenting performance updates to executives. Travel to customer sites and industry events is required.
