Job description
Grand View Lodge in Minnesota seeks an Associate Director of Sales to partner with the Director of Sales, driving revenue across group and leisure segments. You will prospect, close business, manage key accounts, and mentor the sales team in a fast-paced resort setting.
This role offers weekend/holiday availability, a leadership stake, and the potential for remote work with on-property presence 2–3 days a week as business needs require.
