D1 Training - Tri Cities is seeking a proven sales leader to drive revenue growth in Johnson City. You will own membership and personal training sales, coach the team, and oversee front-desk operations to deliver a high-energy, member-focused experience.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in high-ticket fitness sales leadership, an associate degree or equivalent, and a demonstrated ability to close 60%+ of consultations.
