Job description
Grand View Lodge in Nisswa, MN is seeking an Associate Director of Sales to partner with the Director of Sales in leading the property's sales strategy across group and leisure segments. This high-visibility role involves prospecting, closing business, mentoring the sales team, and shaping the revenue trajectory of Minnesota's iconic resort.
You will manage key accounts, respond to inbound inquiries, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with revenue management, catering, and operations.
