Job description
A Plus International is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager with a strong industry network and a proven ability to generate new business in the medical‑device sector. This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship‑driven leader who can quickly open doors, accelerate growth, and help expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a focused sales strategy to drive new business and exceed revenue targets.
Leverage an established network of healthcare professionals, hospital leadership, distributors, and OEM partners to secure new opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify high‑value prospects, competitive trends, and emerging growth areas.
Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and performance reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with product, marketing, and operational goals.
Represent the company in customer meetings, product presentations, trade shows, and industry events.
Build and strengthen long‑term customer relationships to maximize retention and long‑term value.
Lead by example with hands‑on execution, accountability, and professionalism.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
10+ years of sales or sales management experience in the medical‑device industry with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
Established network of hospital, clinical, distributor, or OEM contacts.
Strong understanding of medical‑device regulations (ISO 13485, FDA requirements).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Mandarin bilingual ability is a plus.
