Job description
House-Hasson Hardware Company seeks a Senior Sales Operations Manager to translate strategy into scalable processes and data-driven decisions. You will partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Operations, Purchasing, and Customer Service to boost customer experience and sales productivity.
In this role, you will build dashboards, improve CRM usage, and lead cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution, while supporting growth into new markets and a new industrial division.
