Position Summary
Faucets N Fixtures is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our showroom
team. This position is designed for a proven sales professional who has demonstrated exceptional
performance in customer service, margin protection, project management, attention to detail, and
relationship-based sales.
Sales Associates with 5–7 years of industry experience who have developed a book of business
resulting in yearly sales of $1.5 million and above may be eligible to become Senior Sales
Associates.
The Senior Sales Associate is provided access to project coordination support and may
collaborate with other Senior Sales Associates across the business to service a client’s complete
plumbing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury sales, excellent
communication skills, and a passion for decorative plumbing.
The Senior Sales Associate will embody the Faucets N Fixtures values of integrity, hard work,
and exceptional customer service in all business dealings. This individual will serve as a
culture setter within the company—demonstrating through both words and actions a willingness
to serve whenever called upon.
The Senior Sales Associate reports directly to the Showroom Manager and works closely with
showroom leadership, sales associates, project coordinators, designers, builders, architects, and
clients.
What You’ll Do
• Assist customers in selecting high-end plumbing products that meet their design preferences
and project requirements
• Provide detailed product knowledge and demonstrate features and benefits to customers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, architects, builders, and
contractors
• Manage client projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and communication
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to showroom sales goals
• Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism when working with high-end clientele
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency
• Stay current on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings
• Participate in showroom events and promotions that support business growth
• Mentor and support developing Sales Associates
Qualifications
The ideal Senior Sales Associate will possess:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a
related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in decorative plumbing, luxury retail, or related sales
industries
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and providing exceptional customer service to
high-end clientele
• Experience developing and maintaining a strong book of business
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with
clients, team members, management, and other departments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges throughout project lifecycles
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple
responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management tools
